Heating-cooling integrated units (TCUs) are quoted against the capacity points and loop connections of the selected model. This page lists what to confirm before ordering; the measured capacity tables are in the sizing guide. or the source-provided cooling-capacity tables
What to Confirm Before Ordering
Documentation: Specify any required certification or conformity documents in your inquiry. Their availability must be confirmed for the quoted configuration. No CE declaration or certificate number is published on this page.
Site requirements: State your cooling-water, vacuum and electrical requirements, and identify any supporting equipment required in the quotation.
What to Tell Us for an Accurate Quote
| Item | What to state |
|---|---|
| Model and capacity points | Compare cooling capacity at the temperature points stated for the selected model and configuration. Source tables use room-temperature or 10 °C reference points, 0 °C, and the lowest specified temperature; these reference points are not interchangeable. |
| Heating side | State your heating requirement; confirm the heating arrangement for the selected model. |
| Reservoir and circulation | Circulation connections depend on the series and model. The DL-A table lists DN15/DN20; confirm the unit-side fitting and reactor-jacket fitting separately. |
| Refrigeration build | Refrigerant, air-cooled condenser and fan type are listed per model (the recorded DL-A models list R404A with an air-cooled condenser). |
| Environment | Ambient temperature and humidity limits are listed per model; confirm against your installation site. |
| Power supply | Total power, current and site voltage per model; state your supply. |
Send these with your inquiry through the contact page; the more complete the list, the closer the first quote lands.
Procurement Questions
Which TCU pairs with my reactor?
Select using confirmed cooling-capacity data at the required temperature and the reactor jacket volume, then verify the connections at both ends of the circuit.
